The November Schedule will include these NEW classes:

MONDAY   6-7 PM Cardio Kickboxing

WEDNESDAY   6-7PM  Strength & Conditioning

Impact Athletics and Fitness offers a progressive group fitness program in a fun, warm, and welcoming environment.  Our nationally certified, knowledgeable instructors not only strive to offer exciting classes, but also to provide personal attention to each of our members.  With a wide variety of classes, our schedule offers something for everyone.  Whether you enjoy shaking your hips in cardio salsa, practicing your foxtrot during cardio dance or marching to the beat of co-ed boot camp, we have the class for you.  Mix up your routine by punching the bag in kickboxing, lifting and toning during a sculpting class, or adding some fast paced peddling during cycle classes.  Release all of the tension from the day during a yoga or Pilate’s class.
