We are located on the border of Morrisville and Cary, west of Raleigh.

We are located very close to the intersection of Highway 54 (New Chapel Hill Rd.) and Cary Parkway, just behind Park Place Shopping Center.

From I-40: Take the Harrison Boulevard Exit and go south for 1 mile to Cary Parkway. Make a RIGHT on Cary Parkway and go 3 miles to James Jackson Ave. Make a LEFT on James Jackson Ave. (Stonewood Tavern Grill is on the corner.) Take the first LEFT on Towerview Court and follow it to the end of the cul-de-sac. Impact Athletics & Fitness Center is directly in front of you. Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.

From 440 beltline: Take the Outer Beltline to Highway 1 South and 64 west. Take the Cary Parkway exit. Go RIGHT and follow Cary Parkway 7 miles to James Jackson Ave. Make a RIGHT on James Jackson Ave.(Stonewood Tavern Grill is on the corner.) Take the first LEFT on Towerview Court and follow it to the end of the cul-de-sac. Impact Athletics & Fitness Center is directly in front of you. Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.

Access to James Jackson Ave. is also available from Maynard Rd. which loops around Cary.
